As an immigrant child he has faced many economic and social challenges. Coming from humble beginnings he holds a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. Alex has worked, and directed several summer programs conducted at Harvard and Yale, as well as New York City. He is interested in educational equity and wholistic approach to working with young people. Alex is a native of Brooklyn, and is also fluent in Russian and Spanish. He is a father of a teenage son, and is interested in world-travel and languages.

Holds a Masters in Special Education, and has worked with both adults and young people with autism. In addition, he holds a background in administration and has worked in sales and relationships building with clients and organizations. Andrew is also a fully licensed hair stylist and practices Cosmetology both in Europe and the United States. He is also fluent in Russian.

Known as “camp mom”. As a mother of two she brings both professionalism and parental dedication to the well being of both juniors, and adult programs. Dena is also a teacher of English Language, and will supervise the academic team in carrying out the academic and R.O.P.E. Programs as well as all camp operations. She is also a doula, and is a world traveler who enjoys the food and culture of her Portuguese and African background.
